The Americas Motorcycle Grand Prix takes place in Austin, Texas, in the southern part of the United States. The race is held on the COTA, the Circuit of the Americas.

Austin Texas MotoGP Circuit: Features

Opened in 2012, the Circuit of the Americas is 5 and a half kilometers long and includes 20 turns and two straights. The second straight is 1 kilometer long and ends with a sharp braking before turn 12, introducing to the final part of the track.

Since 2013, a year after its Formula 1 debut, the Circuit of the Americas began hosting the Americas MotoGP: since then, the only edition that was canceled was in 2020, due to the Covid pandemic.
